These terms govern both the use of Vexora's website and attendance at its events. By accessing the site or attending an event, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site and do not attend our events.
Minimum age
Our events are strictly reserved for persons aged 18 and over. By showing up at an event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Government-issued photo ID may be required at entry, and Vexora reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who cannot prove their age.
Acceptable use of the site
You agree to use this site in good faith. You may not:
- Attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the site
- Submit illegal, abusive, threatening, or misleading content
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract or copy site content
- Impersonate Vexora or any member of its team
Conduct at events
By attending a Vexora event, you agree to:
- Respect other attendees, staff, artists, and the host venues
- Not consume any illegal substance at or around the event site
- Consume alcohol responsibly. Excessive intoxication may result in refusal of entry or ejection, without refund
- Respect the property and rules of the rented venue: no vandalism, theft, graffiti, or damage will be tolerated
- Follow instructions from staff, security, and venue management, especially during an evacuation or emergency
- Not bring weapons, dangerous objects, outside food, or drinks, unless expressly authorized
Zero tolerance
Vexora enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment (sexual, racial, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or otherwise), physical or verbal assault, predatory behavior, and any action that endangers the safety of others. Violators will be ejected without refund and, where applicable, reported to the relevant authorities.
If you witness or experience such behavior at an event, speak immediately to a member of our team or to security.
Right to refuse entry or eject
Vexora and the host venues reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse entry to or eject any person who does not comply with these terms, venue rules, or the law, without refund of the ticket price.
Risks of attendance
Our events feature high-volume music, strobe lighting effects, smoke effects, dense crowds, and can last several hours. By attending, you acknowledge these conditions and attend at your own risk. If you suffer from photosensitive epilepsy, heart conditions, hearing issues, or any condition that may be aggravated by these environments, consult a healthcare professional before attending. Hearing protection is strongly recommended.
Photography and recording
We may take photographs and video at our events for documentation and promotion (website, social media, promotional materials). By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and to Vexora publishing those images. If you'd rather not appear in anything we publish, let a member of our team know on-site and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Personal belongings
Vexora and host venues are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items (clothing, bags, phones, jewelry, etc.) during an event. Lost items may be turned in to staff and kept for a limited period. We recommend not bringing non-essential valuables.
Ticketing
Ticket sales for Vexora events are handled by independent third-party platforms. Vexora is not the merchant of record for ticket transactions. Any questions about refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or purchase policies must be directed to the relevant platform and are governed by that platform's own terms.
Intellectual property
All content published on this site (text, visuals, brand identity, design) is the property of Vexora or is used with permission. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vexora disclaims all liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of this site or attendance at our events.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.
Changes
Vexora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. The update date at the top of this page indicates the version in effect. Your continued use of the site after a modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
